Meredith joined the OOA board in March 2021 and is currently the Business Development Director at Noto Group, an executive search firm for the athletic, outdoor, and consumer product industries. Meredith has over 10 years of experience in business development, corporate engagement, talent acquisition, and human resource management holding leadership roles at Oregon State University’s Center for the Outdoor Recreation Economy, adidas, and Noto Group.

Meredith enjoys trail running, snowboarding, hiking, camping, and exploring Oregon’s great outdoors with her family.
