An Oregon native and relentless serial entrepreneur, Gary is a true maverick with over 30 years of experience in the outdoor industry, beginning with early crazy days in the snowboarding world. He thrives on breaking into emerging markets, so it’s no surprise that he’s also a partner in Tokyo Starfish, Central Oregon’s award-winning cannabis dispensaries, and Drop Thesis, one of the nation’s first pioneering psilocybin service centers in Bend.
 

An instigator and visionary, Gary is also a founding member of the Oregon Outdoor Alliance and sits on a number of industry boards. He launched BOW to supercharge outdoor companies, helping them scale, survive, and absolutely crush it.
