Andrew Sayre

Andrew is an outdoor enthusiast hailing from Rhode Island by way of Jackson Hole, Wyo., and now Hood River, Ore. A world traveler who grew up surfing, skiing, mountain biking, and competitively sailing, Andrew has a passion for all things outdoors that is exemplified by his achievement of the rank of Eagle Scout, his sailing trip through the Northwest Passage, and multiple rafting trips through the Grand Canyon. He is a graduate of Villanova University with a degree in civil and environmental engineering, but after a few years on the East Coast, made the move to Jackson Hole to spend more time in the mountains and then settled in Hood River where he has world class access to watersports, skiing and biking all in the same day.
As one of Outdoor Industry Association (OIA)’s Senior Membership Managers, he works with businesses in the Western US and Canada. Andrew is passionate about sustainability in the Outdoor Industry and building connectivity and advocacy within the state of Oregon.
