As a highly trusted product and merchant leader, Nichol has over two decades of end-to-end experience serving consumers in the outdoor and athletic industries.  She leads teams listening and learning consumer product needs to create and bring these goods to market.  Currently she helps advise small businesses triangulating market, consumer and product opportunities.  Visioning the future, streamlining execution and unifying teams.  Her special sauce is curating clear strategies to empower, leading with empathy, transparency and support.  

As an avid outdoor adventurer, you’ll find Nichol out on the trails – running, skiing, biking, hiking, camping with family, friends and her Husky Shepherd pup Coco.
