Bjorn Bonholzer

Bjorn brings 15 years of experience within the leadership development space to the OOA Board. He is the principal leadership development coach and consultant of Voyager Strategy, a Bend-based organization where he describes his work as being the “architect and general contractor” of designing strategies and programs for organizations to develop their greatest asset - their employees. 

Outside of Voyager Strategy, Bjorn is an adjunct professor of management for his alma mater, Central Washington University’s College of Business. With a passion for the outdoors, Bjorn spends his free time fly fishing on a quiet river, trail running, skiing, and golfing.
